In the days leading up to the holidays, The Tull Family Theater in Sewickley is presenting a special Christmas Extravaganza to boost the Christmas spirit, starting on Friday, Dec. 20.

Previously announced classics such as White Christmas (NR), It’s a Wonderful Life (NR) and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation (PG-13),  will be joined by the heartwarming tales of The Polar Express (G),  A Christmas Story (PG) and  Last Holiday (PG-13).

The days and , times for these films are:


The nonprofit Theater will show Little Women (PG-13) on Christmas Day, with screenings on Wednesday at 1:30, 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.  For other screening days and times, please check the website.

The Christmas Day screenings also will include Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker  (PG-13) at 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00 p.m., with other screening days and times available.

The year will wrap up with the satirical Monty Python and the Holy Grail (PG), showing Sunday, Dec. 29, and Monday, Dec. 30, both at noon. The Theater is open 365 days a year.

The Tull Family Theater, a 501(c)(3) Pennsylvania nonprofit, is a film-based arts organization created to strengthen cultural, educational and entertainment experiences in the region northwest of Pittsburgh. Supported by diverse revenue streams from private, public, corporate and foundation funding, the theater counts among its donors, including the Allegheny Regional Asset District, Huntington Bank, Esmark and the Bouchard Family, more than 700 individuals and its patrons, including Sustaining Circle members. This support sustains and expands programming at this independent cinema in Sewickley offering two screens and an event/performance space.
