Sewickley Light-Up Night: Dance, Music and Films at The Tull Family Theater

The magic of the holiday season will enchant Sewickley visitors on Friday, Nov. 30, from 5 to 9 p.m.

As part of events planned by The Sewickley Chamber and Explore Sewickley, The Tull Family Theater and other organizations and businesses will welcome visitors. The Village-wide event will feature free horse-drawn carriage rides, the chance to see ice carvers in action, taste seasonal brews and food truck specialties, and more.

The Theater will host West Point Ballet, which performed to standing room-only crowds last year. Led by Cynthia Castillo and Damien Martinez, former dancers with the National Ballet of Cuba, performers will bring scenes from The Nutcracker to life. James Tobin & The Dewey Decimators will have the audience tapping toes and humming along with holiday and popular favorites performed in their imitable Americana style.

The Theater’s performances are free. Concessions will be open, with the newly added Rivendale hot chocolate ready to shake off the chill of the outdoors. And the lawn has an interesting viewpoint for fireworks.
