The Godfather to Screen as May’s Classic at The Tull Family Theater

WHAT: The 1973 Oscar winning picture, The Godfather, will be The Tull Family Theater’s May classic. The iconic film is considered No. 2 among America’s 100 Greatest Films by the American Film Institute.

Starring the seminal Marlon Brando in his last Oscar-award winning role as Vito Corleone, and propelling the career of Al Pacino as youngest son and heir to the Corleone dynasty, the cast also included James Caan, Richard Castellano, Robert Duvall, Sterling Hayden, John Marley and Richard Conte.  “Even though The Godfather has been cast to perfection … the strength of the Mario Puzo-Francis Ford Coppola script is the unbelievable interaction of all these characters as they span the years,” says the Hollywood Reporter.
